Location:St Michael’s Parish Hall, Park Lane, Bristol, BS2 8BE

Timings: 
10:00am Start – Finish 4:00pm

Levels assessed for Grading:

Black – Training a minimum of 6 months + 6 months sparring after Brown-Black. Instructor Authorisation  as ‘ready to grade’  required.
 

You will need:

1. Appropriate training equipment for your grade (Sparring is required)

2. Club T shirt & current belt

3. Bring plenty of water and food
